Ballington Kinlock
Resident member, Community Activist, East Baltimore
Dr. Ballington Kinlock is a longtime East Baltimore resident, a community activist, and health equity advocate who has lived in disadvantaged communities his entire life. He is the founder and director of Scientific Research Consultants. Ballington earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Meharry Medical College and conducted his postdoctoral studies at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. He approaches his work through an anti-racist lens and is passionate about using science as a tool to achieve a healthier, more just society.
