A new Hopkins survey shows low approval of local government

We like and trust what’s familiar. We like and trust what’s local. A recent Johns Hopkins University study of citizen attitudes in Baltimore and Baltimore County showed high opinions of local businesses and nonprofits, and the survey found that two-thirds of us believe the people in our communities can be trusted to do what is right.
