Mahdad Telebpour is a postdoc in hydrometeorology, the study of the water and energy transfer between the earth’s surface and the atmosphere. He uses mathematical modeling, computing, and data science to study climate change and extreme weather, with a goal to develop strategies that mitigate hazards and support the design of sustainable and resilient cities.
