Rob Nicholas

Associate Research Professor, Earth and Mineral Sciences, Penn State University

Rob Nicholas works with researchers in many fields to create climate data products that support decision-making, with an emphasis on agriculture, water resources, forestry, biodiversity, and flood resilience. He combines the study of the processes that determine climate with statistical methods to relate large-scale climate models to smaller geographic areas and to estimate uncertainty at local scales.
