Xiaowen Li
Senior Research Scientist, Earth Sciences Technology and Research, Morgan State University
Xiaowen Li studies how clouds and rain form, and how they are represented in numerical models of weather systems at various scales. She uses observations both on surface and from satellites to validate these models, and explore interactions between aerosols and clouds and their impact on earth’s climate. Dr. Li currently serves as the Director of the Climate Science Division at Morgan State University.
