Cynthia Gross
President, C.A.R.E. Community Association
Cynthia Gross is lifelong resident of Middle East/East Baltimore and currently serves as the president of the C.A.R.E. Community Association. Cynthia is not an environmentalist but believes that open spaces are needed to maintain the physical and mental health of neighbors. Cynthia is interested in exploring potential changes to Baltimore City’s environmental control laws that penalize or burden residents in its quest for greener infrastructure.
